
Thank you for your interest in a leadership position. As capable as our National staff is, there is no one more important than our local County Directors.
It will be your job to assist National in adding volunteers, attending the occasional zoom meeting with officials, and being a liaison between National and your County.
For a County to qualify for the program it needs to buy in at $3500 per year. Government will eventually pay however until the bureaucracy slowly moves forward we will be raising funds through local businesses. Easy enough to do as for about the same cost as sponsoring a youth baseball team we get millions of dollars of assets and thousands of volunteers.
We also will be getting a lot of press, and it is already starting even though we are just launching. If you need a press release written, our staff will write one for you and you will be responsible for handling interviews about the organization and also about any local disasters.
Lastly, when a disaster hits, you will be the lead, and National will support your efforts. We will have full brief training and guides to make the process easy.
